Oak Hill Stenciled Spindle-Back Rocker - An American mid-century spindle-back rocking chair with arms, manufactured by Oak Hill in Fitchburg, Massachusetts. The chair is constructed from a honey-colored hardwood and features a Windsor-style back with seven vertical spindles set into a contoured seat. The wide, flat crest rail is adorned with a multi-colored stencil depicting a central cluster of fruit, including pomegranates and grapes, flanked by scrolling green and red foliate motifs. The chair is supported by turned legs joined by an H-pattern stretcher, with arms terminating in simple scrolls.
