Lobed Silver Plated Tripod Jar w/ Rings - A decorative lidded vessel featuring a globular body with hand-hammered vertical lobing. The shoulder of the jar is decorated with a repousse band of foliate and floral motifs. The body and lid are constructed of copper with a worn silver-plated finish, while the tripod feet, spherical handle lugs, and lid finial are composed of cast brass. The lid follows the lobed design of the body with radiating ribs. No maker marks, hallmarks, or labels are visible on the exterior or interior of the piece.
