Pair Cast Iron Wheel Bookends on Oak - A pair of decorative industrial-style bookends constructed from cast iron wheels mounted on solid oak wood bases. Each unit features a twelve-spoke cast iron wheel with a circular center hub, finished with a heavily oxidized and rusted patina. The wheels are held upright by decorative black-painted cast iron brackets with an openwork pattern of four circular loops. The assembly is secured to the rectangular oak blocks using four slotted flat-head screws. A white rectangular adhesive label is present on each wooden base, bearing the handwritten text Wheels 89- in black ink.
