Vtg Japanese Porc. Table Lighters - An assortment of vintage table lighters featuring glazed porcelain bodies and mechanical metal inserts. The porcelain bodies are decorated with multicolored floral transfer patterns, primarily depicting pink rose blossoms with green foliage. Metal components include chrome, brass, and gold-tone finishes. The collection includes various forms including a three-footed vessel, a basket-shaped lighter with a woven handle, several pedestal styles, a tall cylindrical mechanism on a small base, and a miniature four-footed bathtub-style lighter with a matching rectangular porcelain tray. A metal lighter mechanism is impressed with the word JAPAN in uppercase characters (photo 3). A yellow rectangular adhesive label with the handwritten number 349 is present on the metal insert of one footed piece (photo 3). Several units feature gilt decoration along the porcelain rims and bases.
