The majority of the pieces are American-made by Ronson in Newark, New Jersey. The group includes several identified models with impressed marks on the bases including the Queen Anne, Crown, and Lotus forms. Specific base stamps include RONSON, NEWARK, N.J. U.S.A., U.S. PATENT RE. NO. 19023, CANADA PATS. 288148-289889, U.S. PATENT 2,481,195, QUEEN ANNE, CROWN, and LOTUS. One Japanese-made lighter is included, featuring a base stamped with the word TEDMAR and MADE IN JAPAN. The lighters are constructed with silver-plated base metal bodies and feature top-mounted mechanical strike assemblies. Protective green felt remains on several bases.
