The stand is constructed from a dark, bronze-finished white metal and depicts a recumbent Scottish Terrier. A rectangular silver-toned adhesive label is applied to the green felt base, which reads Fashioned by RONSON. Directly incised into the metal of the base is a mark reading ? 1935 ART METAL WKS INC. The pipe features a dark-stained wooden bowl, a silver-toned metal ferrule, and a black tapered stem.
