Briar Wood Pipe & Figural Eagle Stand - A two-piece smoking set consisting of a wood pipe and a cast metal stand. The pipe features a briar wood bowl with a black tapered stem and a white band at the shank junction. The stand is made of cast white metal and depicts a screaming eagle with spread wings perched on a base textured with oak leaves and a hollowed tree stump. An impressed circular mark is visible on the base of the tree stump (photo 5). The symbols and characters inside the mark are not legible as a specific name or maker.
