MCM Red Acrylic & Chrome Table Lighter - This Japanese mid-century modern table lighter features a tiered design composed of two translucent red acrylic cylinders connected by a central chrome-plated metal stem. The upper cylinder contains a chrome-plated lighter insert equipped with a knurled flint wheel and a push-lever striker. A stamped mark reading JAPAN in uppercase letters is located on the side of the metal mechanism. The underside of the base section is fitted with a circular white plastic or composite plug. The item reflects the Space Age aesthetic prevalent in household accessories from the 1960s and 1970s. Dimensions: 5 in high.
