Vtg Gold Metal Car Lighter & Holder - This vintage novelty table lighter and desk accessory is designed in the form of an early 20th-century open touring car. The item features a cast metal body with a gold-toned finish, black enameled metal fenders, and chrome-plated trim. A flip-top lighter mechanism with a vertical striker wheel is integrated into the front hood section. Positioned behind the wire-rope windshield frame is a large chrome-plated cylindrical storage container, traditionally used for cigarettes, which is partially covered by a black vinyl faux-leather folding top. The vehicle is equipped with four free-rolling spoked wheels and a rear-mounted spare. The front features a mesh radiator grille and twin headlights. Both side doors are decorated with an applied silver-toned heraldic crest featuring a central shield containing a lion rampant facing left, surmounted by a crown and flanked by foliate scrollwork.
