Pair Needle Light Space Needle Lighters - A pair of American-made souvenir table lighters modeled after the Seattle Space Needle. Each lighter is constructed from chrome-plated metal and features the landmark's iconic tripod-leg structure supporting a multi-tiered saucer-style observation deck. The top of each saucer contains a standard flip-top flint lighter mechanism. The structures are mounted to weighted circular bases. The base rims are embossed with the words SPACE NEEDLE SEATTLE USA. The undersides of the bases are stamped with the manufacturer information NEEDLE LIGHT VANCE BLDG. SEATTLE and MADE IN USA, along with the text PAT. PENDING. A small triangular mark containing the characters PE and the numeral 7 is also impressed on the bottom plates. One lighter retains a white paper auction tag attached to the support legs.
