Horse Head Smoking Stand w/ Amber Glass - A mid-century floor-standing smoking stand featuring an equestrian theme. The central functional element is a cast metal horse head bust finished in a matte black tone. A movable metal hitching ring is threaded through the muzzle of the horse. The bust is supported by a composite pedestal consisting of an ornate cast metal collar decorated with egg-and-dart and rope-twist motifs, a fluted wooden section with a reddish-brown stained finish, and a weighted circular metal base. Rising from the crown of the horse's head is a tapered wooden column that carries the upper smoking assembly. This assembly includes a circular black metal tray designed to hold a removable round amber glass ashtray insert, which features four molded cigarette rests.
