Brass Articulated Crab Ashtray & Box - A vintage cast brass decorative vessel modeled in the form of a crab with a dark golden-brown patina. The piece features a hinged carapace that opens to reveal a shallow, circular interior compartment designed for use as an ashtray or trinket box. The two front claws are articulated and attached to the main body with screws visible on the underside. The crab is modeled with anatomical detail, including textured legs and a serrated shell edge.
