6 Vtg Goodyear/Firestone Tire Ashtrays - This lot consists of six vintage automotive-themed tire ashtrays composed of rubber, glass, and plastic. The collection includes two racing slick style tires embossed with SLICKS and NO. 1 on the sidewalls. Each of these slicks contains a clear glass insert featuring a printed red, black, and gold logo for the WINSTON CUP SERIES 25th ANNIVERSARY with a central eagle motif. Small white adhesive labels on the underside of these glass inserts are printed with MADE IN CHINA. One knobby tread tire is embossed with GOOD YEAR and WRANGLER on the sidewall and contains a clear glass insert with a blue base, two yellow horizontal stripes, and the GOOD YEAR winged foot logo in yellow. The collection also features two vintage Firestone tires. One tire is embossed with Firestone and contains a red and black marbled plastic or resin ashtray insert with three integrated cigarette rests. The second Firestone tire is also embossed with the Firestone name and contains a clear glass insert that features the Firestone name embossed on the interior base. One additional rubber tire included in the lot is embossed with the size 5.45 X 6.50 on the sidewall and does not contain a center insert. Dimensions: 6 in diameter.
