Oriental Camera Table Lighter w/ Tripod - An Oriental Photo Lite novelty cigarette lighter produced in the form of a mid-century sub-miniature rangefinder camera. The piece is constructed from metal with a black textured leatherette-style body wrap and is mounted on a detachable three-legged metal tripod. The top of the lighter features a flip-up lid mechanism with the script name Photo Lite engraved into the surface. The front of the camera body is detailed with various simulated controls, including two knurled knobs on either side and a simulated lens assembly. Embossed text on the silver-toned ring surrounding the lens reads ORIENTAL LIGHTER and OIL HERE, flanked by decorative shutter speed numerical markings. Below the top edge on the front, a small red button is positioned between the words OPEN and LOCK. The reverse side of the body features an embossed oval cartouche containing the name ORIENTAL.
