Zippo, Advertising & Military Lighters - An assortment of vintage pocket lighters and novelty smoking accessories featuring various advertising, military, and commemorative themes. The collection includes several genuine Zippo brand lighters manufactured in Bradford, Pennsylvania. One notable example is a steel-cased Zippo with a Mobil Tires Extra Mileage graphic, which is impressed on the base with ZIPPO MFG. CO. BRADFORD, PA. PAT. 2032695 MADE IN U.S.A. Another Zippo features a circular Fort Ord emblem and is marked on the base with a slanted Zippo logo flanked by a B to the left and three vertical slashes to the right, indicating a 1987 production date. A blue-coated Zippo commemorating the 50th Anniversary of World War II Midway features a ship graphic and the marking Z - 16 impressed on the bottom. Additional Zippo models include an Electronic Wholesalers Inc. advertising unit with a slanted logo and date codes, a Miller Genuine Draft 500 Racing model, and an Official Member of the Piss and Moan About Everything Club novelty lighter. Another silver-toned lighter with a New Hampshire Granite State crest is marked JAPAN on the side of the base. Novelty items include a Bud Light beer can-shaped lighter, a Winston spark plug keychain lighter, a Popular Mechanics promotional lighter in a white plastic case, and a credit card-themed lighter in an original box featuring the Carte Blanche logo and the name John Modern with an expiration date of 11 68. A silver-toned lighter with a parrot graphic for Busch Gardens Tampa, Florida, is also present. Several items bear adhesive price or lot stickers, including a white label reading 764 and a red label reading 5.00.
