Set 7 Vtg Novelty & Commem Belt Buckles - A collection of seven vintage novelty and commemorative belt buckles in various cast metals and themes. An oval brass-toned commemorative buckle for the 1980 Fall Championship Series at Belmont Park features a relieved image of a jockey on a racehorse. A silver-toned cast metal buckle depicts a quad roller skate with a wing attached to the heel; the reverse bears a circular stamp reading BERGAMOT BRASS WORKS, a copyright mark dated I-89, and a small incised paragraph of text. An occupational buckle for a mechanic consists of silver-toned cast metal wrenches and ratchets with red and yellow painted accents on the handles; the reverse is marked DESIGNED IN USA, MADE IN MEXICO, COPYRIGHT 1991, and the number 2083.
