Winston Japanese Advertising Lighters - This assortment of Japanese-manufactured promotional items features multiple pocket lighters and an original cardboard presentation box for Winston Cigarettes. The lighters are constructed of chrome-plated metal with enameled side panels featuring the brand colors of red, white, and gold. Each panel and the box lid are printed with the text Winston in red lettering, positioned below the words FILTER TIPPED and a gold crown icon, and above the word CIGARETTES. One lighter base features a stamped mark reading CORONET SUPER LIGHTER and JAPAN. Three other examples bear bases stamped with the name CROWN, a crown emblem, and the text DESIGN REG'D. One of the Crown-marked bases includes a fuel screw cap impressed with the phrase FILL HERE. The cardboard box base insert is also marked with the name CROWN. These lighters utilize a manual flip-top mechanism with flint wheels and wicks.
