Vtg Machine-Made Glass Marbles w/ UV - An assortment of vintage machine-made glass marbles featuring a variety of sizes and patterns. The items are constructed from opaque, translucent, and transparent glass. Patterns present within the group include swirls, patches, and ribbons in various color palettes such as red and white, blue and yellow, and green and orange. A notable piece is a large shooter marble with an orange and white swirl pattern. As demonstrated in images 9 through 14, the lot contains multiple UV-reactive pieces. Under ultraviolet light, at least five marbles exhibit a bright green fluorescence indicative of uranium glass. Several other pieces, including a prominent swirled marble, show a bright orange to red fluorescence consistent with cadmium or selenium glass content.
