3 P.G.L. Hand Grenade Table Lighters - This lot consists of three table lighters designed in the form of MK2 pineapple style hand grenades. The bodies are constructed of heavy cast metal with a textured fragmentation pattern and a weathered dark bronze finish. The top of each unit features a chrome-plated lighter insert with three star-shaped ventilation cutouts and a red ignition button. The central vertical panels of the grenade bodies bear three distinct impressed marks. The top panel reads COMBAT in block letters. The middle panel bears the mark P.G.L. punctuated by periods. The bottom panel is impressed with D.PAT 14210. Two of the units include the chrome-plated safety lever and pull-ring pin assembly, while one unit is missing these components. The grenades taper to circular flanged bases designed for table top display. 4.5 in high.
