Italian Alabaster Owl Table Lighter - An Italian hand-carved alabaster table lighter fashioned in the form of an owl. The sculpture consists of a two-part stacked stone body with carved textural incisions representing plumage and wings. The head is detailed with a pointed beak and two inset glass eyes featuring yellow irises and black pupils. A metal flint-wheel lighter mechanism with a brass-tone finish is mounted into the top of the head. An oval gold foil adhesive label on the underside of the base is printed with the text ALABASTER STONE handmade italy. 5 in. Dimensions: 5 in high.
