Set 3 Dazey Style Glass & Cast Iron Butter Churns - This set of three graduated butter churns consists of decorative reproductions designed in the style of antique Dazey models. Each churn is constructed with a square-sided glass jar and a cast iron mechanical assembly on the lid. The assembly includes a hand-turned crank with a wooden handle that operates internal wooden paddles via a geared mechanism. The largest unit features a metal lid embossed with the number 12. The smallest glass jar displays the embossed text DAZEY CHURN & MFG CO. These items are presented with their original retail packaging, which labels the set as Item number RA79004 LMS and specifies that they were made in India. The cast iron parts have a deliberate rusted finish meant to evoke an antique appearance.
