A Pair of Chinoiserie Damask Table Linen Sets - This pair of linen sets features a Chinoiserie landscape motif in a lustrous jacquard or damask weave, likely silk or high-quality rayon. Each set includes a large rectangular cloth and matching square napkins. The pattern depicts traditional Oriental scenes including pagodas, mountains, pine trees, and small boats. One set is rendered in teal blue on an ice-blue ground with long green fringe along the edges of the main cloth. The other set features the same motif in golden-yellow on a peach ground with golden-tan fringe. The napkins are finished with simple stitched hems.
