The vessel features a large, straight-sided cylindrical form constructed with a thick, rounded rim. The exterior is finished in a creamy beige Bristol-style glaze, while the interior is coated in a dark brown Albany-slip glaze. The front of the body is marked with a stenciled cobalt blue crown hallmark featuring the number 10 inside a central circle, signifying the vessel's liquid capacity.
