Large Antique Hammered Copper Boiler with Domed Lid - A large, cylindrical copper vessel, likely serving as a wash boiler or large-scale industrial storage pot. The body is constructed from rolled sheet copper joined with a riveted vertical seam. It features a domed lid with a hand-hammered, peened surface texture and a small, raised circular vent hole at the center. Two rectangular handles, composed of a yellow-toned copper alloy likely brass, are secured to the body with large, prominent rivets. No maker marks, hallmarks, or stamps are visible on the metal surfaces. A modern auction tag is attached to one handle.
