Murano Tutti Frutti Art Glass Ashtray Attributed to Dino Martens - A heavy, thick-walled hand-blown Murano art glass ashtray, attributed to the mid-century designs of Dino Martens for Aureliano Toso or Fratelli Toso. The piece is created using the complex Tutti Frutti technique, with an interior showcasing suspended segments of white zanfirico filigree ribbons, polychrome glass patches, and copper aventurine flecks. The exterior is composed of ruby red glass with an internal layer of crackled gold leaf encased in clear glass. The rim is designed with two indentations. The base is flat-ground and polished. No maker marks or original labels are present on the piece; a modern auction house tag is attached to the underside.
