Griswold No. 3 Cast Iron Skillet Small Logo Pattern 704 - This is a Griswold No. 3 cast iron skillet, manufactured in Erie, Pennsylvania. The object is cast from iron and features the Griswold small logo centered on the underside, consisting of a cross within a circle with the name GRISWOLD embossed in the center. The base is marked with the curved text CAST IRON SKILLET at the top, followed by the size number 3. Below the logo, the base is marked ERIE PA., U.S.A. and the pattern number 704. The skillet is designed with two integrated pouring spouts and a handle featuring a teardrop-shaped hanging hole and an incised numeral 3 on the top side. This specific logo style was utilized by the Griswold Manufacturing Company between approximately 1939 and 1957.
