c1899 Victorian era Cocoa & Black Wool Jacquard 2 pc Antique Skirt & Bodice Winter Ensemble - Boned interior, hook and eyes down the torso, neck to waist dog leg closure for the bodice, aqua wool shoulder overlay, silk chiffon frill at the neck, wool braid trim, flared scalloped wrist and fixed raven silk waist sash. Demi train at the rear with self fabric pleats to support a ”dress improver” derriere undergarment, gored skirt with finished waist and hook and eye closures, corduroy hem protector and woolen stripe detail, polished cotton lining.
