Moreh Nevuchim (Guide of the Perplexed), was written by the RaMBaM around 1190 in Judeo-Arabic in the form of a three part letter to his student, R. Joseph ben Judah of Ceuta, and is the main source of the Rambam’s philosophical views. It was first translated in 1204 into Hebrew by R. Shmuel Ibn Tibbon. This important edition features the original Arabic text (in Hebrew characters) as edited by Salomon Munk based on manuscripts located in libraries in Paris, Oxford and Leiden.
