The Sefer Kol Bo [Kolbo] is a foundational Halachic work by an early Gaon from the era of the Rishonim. The Sefer is cited many times by the Beit Yosef, the Shulchan Aruch, and the Rema. There are several conjectures regarding the identity of its author, but the Chida, in Shem HaGedolim, entry “Kol Bo, ” rejected these conjectures and established that the author is unknown. The Sefer includes many compilations from the teachings of the Geonim and Rishonim, and often these compilations are the only surviving source of their words, since the writings of those Geonim and Rishonim were lost and never printed. The Sefer also includes a commentary on the Haggadah Shel Pesach. The Gaon Rabbi Pinchas Te’omim–Frankel (the second) (c. 1838–c. 1874) — Av Beit Din of Ciechanów; son-in-law of the Holy Rabbi Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga, the Divrei Yechezkel of Shinova, son of the Holy Rabbi Rabbi Chaim of Sanz, author of Divrei Chaim. His father was Rabbi Dov Berish, Av Beit Din of Knyanitz and Ciechanów; his grandfather was the Holy Rabbi Rabbi Yehoshua Heshel Te’omim–Frankel (the first) of Komarno; his great-grandfather was the Holy Gaon Rabbi Baruch Te’omim–Frankel, the Baruch Ta’am. Rabbi Yehoshua Heshel Te’omim–Frankel (the second) (d. young, 1894) — Av Beit Din of Sapkov; son of Rabbi Pinchas of Ciechanów and son-in-law of his great-uncle Rabbi Shmuel Horowitz-Sternfeld of Chantzshin. Mentioned by his grandfather in Responsa Divrei Yechezkel. His widow later married the Holy Rabbi Rabbi Elimelech Shapira of Grodzisk. Rabbi Yaakov Barmis — signed as a Dayan on a 1858 ruling from the community of Wollstein, cited in Adaret Eliyahu by the Gaon Rabbi Eliyahu Guttmacher, II, siman 18. Worn cloth binding, stains, tears and repairs with some loss of text, fair condition.
