To the approbations from the first edition is added an approbation by the author of She’el U’Meishiv from 1860. Bound with: Part II, Lvov 1860: [1], 63; 16, [4] leaves. First edition published from the author’s manuscript: 'הספר היקר והנחמד הלז... הי' ספון וטמון יותר ממאתים שנה בכ”י הגאון המחבר בעצמו ושאר גדולי דורו אשר הריצו אליו שאלותיהם” Some of the responsa in this edition had already been printed in the Gaon Rabbi Ephraim Zalman Margaliot’s Beit Ephraim. Half-leather binding, broken and detached, stains, fair condition.
