Angola..., 1924. 1 Escudo, P-55, Back Photo Proof and 5 Escudos, P-57, Front and Back Photo Proofs, Black and white photograph on matte photo paper, Pieces are in VF-XF condition. These photo proofs of the original specimens or mockup were used during the production process to determine if the designs and text were fine and correct and also used for approvals. These were from the Thomas De La Rue production and design department.
