ND (ca.1930's) Group of 25 Circulating Bonds, in groups of uncut and perforated sheets of 5, all the same: Purple printing and design with red seals, All with Chinese characters, SYS at top center, S/Ns in red at bottom, Back is in light brown, also all in Chinese. Various red and blue handstamps throughout. Fine to VF condition with some fragile perforations with separation. Possibly related to Second Munitions Treasury Notes.
