Lovely Early American Tea/Coffee Service Set One large bowl from William Thomson (circa 1835 - signed W Thomson in script lettering on base), one creamer from George Bardick (signed GB - circa 1790 - manufactured in Philadelphia) and three pieces from Thibault (early Thibault - Francis, Frederick and Felix). Grapes and leaves motifs, with unsigned 21.5" tray (not including handles). Tray closely matches the other pieces and features an engraved pattern on face with a foliate design. Unknown silver composition, no purity stamps, not sterling silver, other pieces from these makers are listed as coin silver. Copper evident beneath silver. Excellent examples of early American silversmiths. All manufactured in or near Philadelphia. Age-related wear and some minor damages. Great conditions considering age.
