He is Camp Cabbage Captain with yellow blond short hair, blue eyes, ears, freckles. In original clothes with epaulets & gold name tag, with added whistle, cap, container, binoculars. Both have closed mouths, side tags, signatures on their bottoms (Ian has felt pen signature with date as well), birth certificates & adoption paper.
