Title page with the writing & signature of the Holy Gaon Rabbi Refael Zev HaLevi Lewenthal Rabbi of Zakroczym. Son-in-law of the Gaon the Chemdas Shlomo of Warsaw and in 1822 he married the daughter of Rabbi Eliezer Lipman Rawicz a Dayan in Lissa.
