חתימות הגה”ק רבי שמעון מנשה חייקין וראשי עדת חב”ד נכדי אדמו”ר האמצעי - נזר גבאות מוקדם מאת כולל חב”ד בירושלים וחברון. - The Holy Gaon Rabbi Shimon Menashe Chaikin (c. 1802-1893), born in Shklov, settled in Tzefas c. 1820, and moved to Chevron on the instructions of Rabbi Dov Ber of Lubavitch to his followers. He became Rabbi of the Chabad community and subsequently also Av Beth Din of the town.
