Approbations by the Holy Rebbes of Shinowa & Bobov. This copy was given to the Holy Rebbi Yaakov Yisroel Twersky of Hornosteipel as a wedding present when he married the daughter of the Holy Kedushas Zion of Bobov. Inscribed on page 3 '' Given as a wedding present to the son in law of the king Shlit''a from Shraga Feivush Ple...'' And his stamp Yakov Yisroel Twersky Son Of Hornosteipel Rebbe Shlita''. The holy Rebbi Yaakov Yisroel Twersky of Hornosteipel- Milwaukee [1899-1973] the son of the holy Rebbi Yehuda Leib, the son of the holy Tzaddik Rebbi Mordechai Dov of Hornosteipel and the son-in-law of the holy Kedushas Zion of Bobov. Since his youth was acknowledged as a holy Tzaddik. Lived in Krakow and later moved to Milwaukee, USA, where he was renowned as a wonder worker. His eldest son succeeded him—Rabbi Shlomo Twersky. His other sons maintained the Chassidic/Admor appearance but also had academic degrees: Rabbi Mordechai Dov (son-in-law of Rabbi Shalom of Nadvorna-Brighton) was an accountant; Rabbi Avraham Yehoshua Heschel, Z''l an admired psychiatrist, founded treatment centers for drug addictions and wrote medical textbooks on psychological illnesses; Rabbi Aharon David was a lawyer, lecturer, and dean at the Law Faculty of Hofstra University; Rabbi Yehiel Michal (son-in-law of Rabbi Yisrael Avraham Stein, Av Beit Din of Paltishan) succeeded his father in the Beit Yehuda community of Milwaukee and was a composer and worked in kiruv. The title page & last page with handstamps of the Holy Admor Rebbi Alter Yisroel Shimon Perlow of Novominsk son of Rabbi Yaakov of Novominsk and son-in-law of Rabbi Baruch Meir Twersky of Azarnitz – Chernobil. Prominent chassidic leader in Poland and author of Tifferes Ish. Good condition. New binding.
