(Megillah) Esther Scroll on Parchment - Italy 18th Century - A beautiful Megillah written within columns of flowers along with scenes of the Purim story at the bottom of each column.  Actual Megillah is 18th century Italy. The artwork depicting the scenes of the Megillah were probably added in the 20th century. 14.5 cm parchment. 17 lines per column. Ksav Sephardic The first column has a minor tear and was expertly repaired affecting bottom margin, The last two columns are expertly prepared with text added.
