GROUP OF THREE MEDIEVAL ARROWHEADS - Ca. AD 900 - 1200 A group of three iron arrowheads of varying shapes and sizes, all covered in a rich russet-brown patina. Two heads have a swept swallowtail shape and the third is a crescent shape. The crescent is for hunting birds and small game. The swallowtails are likely to have primarily been used against animals like deer but are significantly more adaptable for war.
