CLAUDE VICTOR BOELTZ FRENCH BRONZE EAGLE SCULPTURE - Claude-Victor Boeltz, French, born 1937, gilt bronze sculpture of an eagle on a tree branch. Ca. 1970s. The piece rests on ball feet and is garnished with rock crystal. Hallmark Boeltz Paris on the backside. After many experiences and learning sculpture from Henri Mollens, Claude-Victor Boeltz focused on working with bronze and semi-precious stones. In the 1960s, he created a foundry in the Loire Valley. After meeting the sculptor Cesar in 1970, Boeltz starts creating the so-called exploded bronze pieces. Collectible Sculpture And Decor.
