It features a large, rectangular plaque at the top, intricately engraved with geometric patterns and what appear to be Hebrew inscriptions and symbolic imagery. Hanging from the bottom of this plaque are numerous chains from which dangle a collection of small, decorative charms. These charms vary in shape, including representations of fish, what could be symbolic figures or amulets, and other ornamental forms, suggesting a protective or devotional purpose.
