An antique Russian Alexander Kach melchior, silver plated cigarette case. Circa the second half of the 19th century. The rectangular engraved cigarette case is modeled in the form of a chest tied with two straps and decorated with an image of a crown in a round medallion on the lid. The Alexander Kach company specialized in the production and sale of products made of silver plated nickel silver, melchior. Hallmarked with makers and assay marks inside the lid.
