An antique European oil on panel self portrait painting after Peter Paul Rubens, 1577 to 1640. The original artwork was created between 1638 и 1639. Unsigned. Framed. Provenance: Masters International Art Inc., around 1970, Ontario, Canada. Oasis Gallery, Laval, Qc, Canada around 1990. Note: The original artwork is conserved in the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Vienna, Austria, some other copies of this portrait were made following Rubens death. Sir Peter Paul Rubens was a Flemish artist and diplomat. He is considered the most influential artist of the Flemish Baroque tradition. European Fine Art, Portraiture, Home Decor, and Collectibles.
