1960 ORIGINAL SOVIET LENIN PORTRAIT PROPAGANDA POSTER
A Soviet colored lithographic propaganda poster on paper with a poem by Vladimir Mayakovsky. Artist Nikolay Dolgorukov, Russian, 1902 to 1980. Signed in the print, Dolgorukov, lower right. Circulation of 100,000 copies. Published by IZOGIZ, Moscow, 1960. The poster depicts a portrait of Vladimir Lenin against the background of the front pages of the newspaper Pravda. Poems are dedicated to Lenin, below. Marked in the print in the lower part. Russian Soviet Era Propaganda Posters, Graphic Art Prints, and Collectibles.
