A Russian Soviet WWII era color poster titled Victory Will Come to the Country Where Women and Men Have Equal Rights, designed by Ivan Astapov and Ivan Kholodov. Published in Leningrad in 1941 by the Leningrad Union of Soviet Artists Publishers in the series Combat Pencil, number 7. Combat Pencil was a renowned creative association of Leningrad artists, recognized for producing propaganda posters and satirical art collections during the mid-20th century.
