Scott Jacobs, American, born 1958, a limited edition color lithograph on paper depicting female green eyes in a carnival mask. Signed in pencil, lower right. Numbered in pencil, 49 of 99, lower left. Framed. Scott Jacobs is an American artist whose works were included in permanent collections at Petersen Automotive Museum.
