Charles Warren Eaton, American, 1857 to 1937, an oil painting on canvas laid on board depicting a forest scene. Signed by the artist lower left. Framed. Charles Warren Eaton is best known for his tonalist landscapes. He earned the nickname the pine tree painter for his numerous depictions of Eastern White Pine trees.
