ANTIQUE FRENCH ART NOUVEAU BRONZE LAMP ATTR E VILLANIS
An antique French Art Nouveau bronze table lamp attributed to Emmanuel Villanis. Circa the late 19th to early 20th century. The base of the lamp is a sculptural composition with two nude girls. Three lamps can be inserted. Supplemented with modern wires. Marked E. Villanis on the base. Emmanuel Villanis, 1858 to 1914, was a French sculptor best known for his small scale bronze statuettes that blended the styles of traditional Neoclassicism with the elegant lines of Art Nouveau.
