The artworks depicts profile portraits of a Mughal royalty, Akbar the Great and Nur Jahan. Identical golden frames. Akbar I was Mughal emperor from 1556 to 1605 and is now considered one of the greatest emperors in Indian history. Nur Jahan, 1577 to 1645, was the twentieth wife and chief consort of the Mughal emperor Jahangir. Collectible Oriental Southeast Asian Fine Art, Indian Miniature, Portraiture.
