Marcelo Nogueira, born 1974, an oil painting on canvas depicting the WWII hero dog of the U.S. Marine Corps, Sergeant Major Jiggs IV. The painting is signed by the artist in the upper left corner and additionally signed and inscribed on the back with the phrase, News to you, pal, but old stuff to me, Jiggs IV.
